The inventory and prices of tickets may change frequently on the secondary market, so you are not able to exchange or receive refunds for the price difference of tickets. Sales terms and conditions state that all sales are final.

Unfortunately, because there are many different sellers listing tickets on the site, you are not able to place multiple listings in the same order. All ticket listings need to be fulfilled separately as delivery types, methods and times are different for each set of tickets.

Many times, sellers will receive their tickets sooner than expected, but because they may not know exactly when that will be, they provide the latest date that they expect to receive the tickets. The sellers will send the tickets to you as soon as they are made available to the seller, so expediting this process isn't available.

As stated in the Terms & Privacy Policy, all sales that are placed on the site are final. All customers are required to check a box that says that they agree to this policy at the time of checkout. This policy is in place because once the seller confirms the order that you placed, there is a legally binding contract for those tickets. Sellers have a strict, "all sales are final" policy. There are no exceptions to this rule. Tickets are not exchangeable, because tickets on the site come from many different sellers and it may not be an even exchange.

Usually you are able to order tickets up until the event has started. However, it is always recommended to order tickets as early as possible, as there may be less tickets to choose from as the event gets closer. Once it has started, please keep in mind the different types of delivery methods and that you print any Email Delivery tickets prior to attending the event.

The primary market is the website, venue or box office that will first produce and release tickets for purchase. The secondary market facilitates transactions between customers and the sellers who purchased the tickets elsewhere. This site does not own or produce the tickets. The secondary market is a live market, and inventory can change as tickets are bought and sold. As a live market, prices may be above or below the original face value that is listed on the ticket. Orders are also considered requests until the seller confirms that the tickets are still available.

More expensive tickets might not always be better seats. Because sellers are able to set the price of their ticket inventory, there may be two different listings at different prices but the higher priced tickets might not always be the better ones.

If the event is coming up in a few days or few hours, most of the tickets on the site will be available for Email Delivery, Mobile E-Tickets, Electronic Transfer or Special Delivery. When the order has been confirmed, you will receive either a link to download and print your tickets or detailed instructions on how you will be receiving your tickets.
